First Coast Test and Balance, Inc. is an independent test and balance agency certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB). Founded in 1984, we have performed work for owners, general contractors, mechanical contractors, engineers, controls contractors and equipment suppliers on a variety of projects ranging from simple systems to complex chilled and hot water, multi-building systems. Our firm has successfully completed work in all areas of the Southeast, up to Ohio, out west to Texas, and in the Bahamas, Aruba, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

All work is performed under the strict standards of NEBB. Our supervisors & technicians remain updated on the ever changing HVAC and controls systems.
