We seek Technicians with the following qualifications:

• Certified through AABC or NEBB, preferred.
• Able to commission mechanical systems on a project of any size.
• Must know mechanical systems as well as controls and application of controls systems.
• Capable of troubleshooting and evaluating engineering design.
• Able to interpret blue prints and job specifications.
• Able to test, adjust and balance air and water flows at varying types of HVAC equipment.
• Able to obtain and collate data for preparation of test and balance report.
• Assist and provide project correspondence in a professional manner.
• Must be internet and email savvy.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be able to interact with coworkers and jobsite personnel in a professional manner.
• Must take advantage of trade related organizations in order to improve technical knowledge.
• Must be willing to travel with overnight stays throughout the Southeastern United States.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test that shows no illegal drug use in accordance with the employment laws of the State of Florida.
• Must be willing to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned in positive "can do" manner.
