UNF Founders Hall Renovation - Jacksonville, Florida
72,055 square feet, 2-story interior renovation of the UNF Founders Hall building (Building 2), located in the center of the UNF campus. The building houses classrooms, offices and administrative areas. The renovation included the installation of a new high efficiency HVAC systems. This project is LEED Silver certified under the new 2009 v3 LEED for Commercial Interiors Rating System. Total cost $4.5 Million.
